Harbor is a small workspace product. We keep what the app needs to run. We don’t sell data. We don’t train a Harbor model on your boards.

Who operates it

Harbor is built and operated by Ryan Wrisley. Questions go to hello@harborppm.com. Weekday replies are typical.

What we store

Your account (name, email, sign-in provider). The portfolios, programs, projects, people, and files you put in a workspace. Stripe customer and subscription ids if you Keep. We do not see your full card number.

Draft and AI

Draft sends the sentence you type to xAI (Grok) so it can propose a board. It does not send the rest of the workspace. Harbor does not use your boards to train a model. xAI’s terms apply to that prompt. AI proposes; it does not move cards, assign people, or message the crew.

Analytics

Public pages may send a page view to Google Analytics unless your browser sends Do Not Track. We also keep an anonymous visit count on those pages. Boards, tasks, and names stay off it.

Export and deletion

There is no self-serve export yet. Write hello@harborppm.com and we will send you a copy of the workspace or delete it. Deletion removes the workspace from Harbor. Stripe keeps payment records as they are required to.

After you cancel Keep

Cancel stops the next charge. You keep the boards through the period you already paid. After that the workspace remains unless you ask us to delete it. Keep is membership, not a lock on the data.

Integrations

Harbor does not import from Monday, Asana, or Linear today. Sign-in is Google or X. Payments are Stripe.
