Privacy
Harbor is a workspace. We keep only what the product needs to run. We don’t sell this. We don’t run ads against it.
- Account
- When you sign in, we store your name and email, and for Google sign-in the provider id, so you can come back to the same workspace. Passwords are stored only as hashes.
- Workspace
- The portfolios, programs, projects, people, and files you put in Harbor stay in that workspace. Crew you invite can see the work you share with them.
- Payments
- Stripe handles cards. We store the customer and subscription ids so a paid workspace stays paid. We do not see your full card number.
- Draft
- If you use Draft, the sentence you type is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to propose a board. We don’t send the rest of the workspace. We don’t use your boards to train a Harbor model.
- Public pages
- We count visits to the public pages (home, pricing, compare, about, security, sign-in, launch, privacy, terms). A visit is the path, the site you came from, source and medium, the kind of screen and browser, a country code the host already knows, campaign tags if the link carried them, and an anonymous id for that day in this browser. No cookies for this ledger. We skip the count if your browser sends Do Not Track. Boards, tasks, and names stay off it. Public pages also send a page view to Google Analytics (G-YY8D20HJ9X); we still skip both when Do Not Track is on.
- Export and deletion
- Write hello@harborppm.com. We’ll send a copy of the workspace or delete it. Stripe keeps payment records as required.
- The demo
- Cedar & Co. is a sample so you can walk around. It is not your workspace.
