What is a workspace?: The harbor you name when you start free: your company, your practice, or one client. Its portfolios, programs, projects, risks and people live together. Keep pays for one of them.
How does the free trial work?: A new workspace has everything for 30 days, and no card is asked for. Subscribe during the trial and the first charge waits until the 30 days are up. If nobody subscribes, the workspace stays readable after that: everyone can still open it and export from it, nothing is deleted, and subscribing lets the crew make changes again.
Who can be in it?: Anyone you invite. Members edit; viewers only read. There is no seat count, so inviting the client or the finance lead costs nothing.
How do I pay?: Subscribe opens Stripe. Harbor never sees your card; it keeps the Stripe ids so it knows the workspace is paid for.
What if a card fails?: The workspace stays open while Stripe retries the renewal. Nobody is locked out over a bad card.
How do I cancel?: Choose Cancel subscription on this page and Stripe opens. The boards stay through the period you already paid and the next charge doesn’t run. A month already underway isn’t prorated. After that the workspace stays unless you ask us to delete it.
